The Shift Stick · PRN Peach
Hydration + creatine for the 12-hour shift.
One stick before you clock in. Electrolytes for the hours you can't stop to drink, and 5g of creatine that builds strength and mental stamina day after day.

Why it exists
Twelve hours. No water break. You know the drill.
Nurses can't drink on the floor, sleep at the wrong hours, and run on fumes by hour 11. Every supplement brand is built for the gym or for everyone. We built one for you.
of nurses have gone a whole shift without a drink of water.

The ritual
Pre-load before you clock in.
You can't sip at the nurses' station, so drink it before the shift starts. Then take one on your days off, because creatine works when you take it every day.
Pre-load
One stick in 12–20 oz of cold water. Finish it in the car or the locker room.
Clock in
Start the shift already hydrated, not already behind.
Break, if you get one
Refill your bottle. The spare stick lives in your pocket.
Clock out
No caffeine in the stick, so nothing stands between you and sleep.
Days off: recover
One stick a day keeps your creatine topped up between stretches of 12s. Thirty sticks a month, matched to how creatine actually works.

How to use it
Thirty seconds. One hand.
- 1
Tear
The notch opens cleanly with one hand. No scissors, no spill.
- 2
Pour
Into 12–20 oz of cold water. Less water, more flavor.
- 3
Shake
About 30 seconds. Micronized creatine dissolves without the grit.
- 4
Drink before you clock in
Then once a day on your days off.

Questions
The things nurses ask us.
Straight answers on creatine, caffeine and fitting it into a 12-hour shift.
Will creatine make me bulky or bloated?
No. Creatine doesn't add muscle on its own; that takes training. Some people hold a little extra water inside the muscle in the first weeks. That's normal, and it isn't bloating or fat.
Creatine is one of the most-studied supplements there is, and women are now one of its fastest-growing groups of users.
Do I need it on my days off?
Yes, if you want the creatine to work. Creatine builds up in your muscles with daily use, so one stick a day is the routine. That's why a box holds 30.
How fast will I notice a difference?
The hydration part works from the first stick. Creatine builds over 3–4 weeks of daily use, so give it a month before you judge it.
Is there caffeine?
None. Night-shift nurses need to sleep when they get home, so we left it out on purpose.
Can I take it if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Talk to your doctor first. The same applies if you have kidney disease or take medication that affects your kidneys.
Can I drink it on the floor?
That's up to your unit's rules. Many units don't allow drinks in patient areas, which is why we built the ritual around pre-loading before you clock in and refilling on break.
What does PRN Peach taste like?
Ripe peach, lightly sweet, with no salty or chalky aftertaste. It's sweetened with stevia and monk fruit, never sugar or sucralose.
